Artist Statement

      
Nina Else’s playful colorful forms are suitable as home and garden décor. Over the last ten years Else has made a transition from painting to ceramics. All her work is handbuilt, using colorful low-fire glazes and stains. Acrylic paint and epoxy glues are also used. The element of collage in her paintings has survived the move to clay, especially evident in her wall pieces and her free standing tableaux pieces.
